TERMS OF SERVICE – IMPORTANT RULES

1. Mandatory Video Proof

Every buyer must record a continuous video during the purchase process showing the following:

  • Receiving the account login details
  • Logging into the account successfully
  • Checking for any access, security, or recovery warnings

⚠️ No video = No support / No refund / No replacement


2. After-Purchase Verification

In the same video, you must clearly confirm that:

  • You received the correct access details
  • You logged into the account without issues
  • You checked for any security or recovery notices

Any claim submitted without video proof will be automatically denied


3. Inactive Account Policy

We do not replace accounts if they are used in events, competitive modes, or special modes within 8 days after purchase.

⚠️ Using the account before 8 days may result in locks or restrictions
❌ We are not responsible if this rule is ignored


4. Buyer Responsibility

Once the account is delivered and verified, full responsibility is transferred to the buyer.
Any changes made after delivery are not our responsibility.


5. Rule Enforcement

By purchasing, you fully agree to all rules listed above.
Failure to follow these rules will result in denied support, refunds, or replacements.
